Maintenance
Most likely, you give little thought to your air conditioner. When summer hits the Stateline, you simply turn it on and enjoy cool air in your home or office. Since it works reliably year in and year out, you may not give any thought to system maintenance requirements.Unfortunately, lack of regular maintenance can increase your energy costs or hurt your home's indoor air quality. It can also lead to an unexpected breakdown in the middle of a hot summer's night, leaving your family tired and uncomfortable. You may even have to call for emergency repair if the temperatures are hot enough.
Scroll Chillers
The Air-cooled Scroll Chillers are highly energy efficient and are perfectly designed to work within extreme tropical weather conditions. Supported with European origin compressors, these chillers are designed, manufactured and tested in conformation with international industrial standards. The chillers are operation friendly, easy to install and backed by competent engineering team to realize the advantage while being in operation.
Recip Chiller
A Chillers are used extensively for large facility space cooling and in industrial process liquid cooling. In many commercial and industrial facilities space cooling and process refrigeration represent one of the largest energy expenditures. Improving chiller efficiency can significantly reduce your energy usage without affecting comfort or production.
Packaged and Ductable AC
The range of Packaged and Ductable Split Units are designed to be the most intelligent and Compact systems, to cater to the total cooling requirements. Application include offices, banks, departmental stores, entertainment centers, multiplexes, restaurant, fast food centers, residences, computer rooms, telephone exchanges, hospitals, auditoriums, conference halls, theatres, factories, control rooms. These units are available in both Air-cooled and Water-cooled options.
Cooling Tower
A cooling tower removes heat from a process and rejects it to the atmosphere through the process of evaporation. In a typical application, water is pumped through a process or process machinery where it removes heat. The warm water is pumped outside to the cooling tower where it is distributed over a series of plastic sheets (fill) inside the cooling tower. An electrically powered fan moves air through the tower and causes a small portion of water to evaporate which cools the rest of the water left in the cooling tower. This process operates more efficiently and provides much cooler water temperatures than simple fan-cooled air coils.
AHU Air Filters
An Air Handling Unit (most of the times abbreviated to AHU), or Air Handler, is a central air conditioner station that handles the air that, usually, will be supplied into the buildings by the ventilation ductwork (connected to the AHU). Handling the air means that the air will be delivered into the building spaces with thermo-hygrometric and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) treatment. The accuracy of the treatment will depend from the specificity of each project (offices, schools, swimming-pools, laboratories, factories with industrial processes, etc). This means, the Air Handling Unit treat the air by filtering, cooling and/or heating, humidifying and/or dehumidifying.
